The Lodge Care Home in Hemel Hempstead, a proud member of the B&M Care Group, is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Front of House Assistant. Your role will be pivotal in providing support to the senior administrator, allowing them to focus on supporting the home manager.
Key Responsibilities as a Front of House Assistant:
- Assist the homes administrator, enabling effective support for the management team.
- Cover the front of the house until 18.00 hours, ensuring the home is fully supported.
- Undertake receptionist and telephone duties, addressing queries, taking messages, and greeting and assisting visitors.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for enquirers, show rounds, new residents, and friends.
- Understand and adhere to restrictions and security checks for people arriving at the door.
- Manage arrangements for site visits of potential residents and relatives.
