Are you an exceptional PA and Office Manager looking for a new opportunity? We have the perfect role for you! Our client, a mid-size consultancy company is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their dynamic team in South West London. You will be Office based Mon - Fri 8.45am - 5.30pm. As a PA / Office Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the founder and senior leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Founder, you will optimise their time and support their daily activities.
  • Take charge of diary management for the Founder, CEO, and one adviser.
  • Provide excellent client experience, including welcoming clients and offering refreshments.
  • Respond to calls on behalf of the founder.
  • Take the lead on office management and administration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Organise company social events and off site meetings
  • Coordinate with the IT department on all IT matters and equipment maintenance.
  • Provide assistance and support to the HR team.

To excel in this role, you need to be highly organised and proactive. You must be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and complete tasks efficiently. This is a busy and fun environment, so a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team are crucial.
