CAD Designer
My client is a highly reputable acoustics consultancy with over 50 years of experience in providing comprehensive noise and vibration solutions across various sectors. As a CAD Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of prestigious projects and use your skills to create detailed designs and plans. Requirements
- 10+ years of construction industry experience, with a focus on HVAC, mechanical, or structural steelwork sectors.
- Demonstrated understanding of installation best practices.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possesses excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, with a solid foundation in relevant software tools for design and project management.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys across the UK and Europe, gathering precise measurements and specifications for accurate project planning.
- Attend both on-site and online design meetings, collaborating with team members to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Generate general arrangement drawings outlining project layouts for clarity and consistency among stakeholders.
- Create detailed manufacturing and installation drawings to guide the smooth execution of the project.
- Coordinate design activities with stakeholders to ensure project success and adherence to specifications.
