Company description:
We are working with an established company in the Industrial manufacturing sector who specialise in manufacturing industrial components. They are recruiting for a CNC Turner to join their team and are offering between circa £36,000.
Duties and responsibilities as a CNC Turner:
- Programming, setting and operate a CNC lathe machine
- Meeting production targets whist maintaining a high quality standard
- Performing first offs and checking quality
- Perform daily machine checks
- Working with the manager and supervisors to fulfil the business objectives
Skills and experience required as a CNC Turner:
- Able to program XYZ (Prototrak) or Puma (Fanuc) CNC Lathe
- Experienced in machining an array of stainless steels
- Use to working to fine tolerances
- Apprenticeship or Engineering qualifications are desirable
