Trainee Sales Consultant

Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Trainee Sales Consultant to join a busy sales team within HIgh Wycombe. Permanent Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm (30 min lunch break) Saturdays on a rota basis with a day off in lieu that week. No more than 1 per month. GBP23,800pa basic salary rising to GBP25,000+ A target bonus scheme future earning potential of GBP35,000 after your first year. Duties of the Trainee Sales Consultant: - Meeting clients, offering expert advice and a wide range of options to suit their needs, and closing sales with your exceptional communication skills and product knowledge. - Build effective relationships with all stakeholders and ensure these contribute to business success through exceptional customer service. - Listening to customers needs and providing correct products. - Addressing sales goals and adjusting to customer needs to close a sale. - Demonstrating confidence to the customer, explaining the quality of the product and the benefits of industry-leading products Requirements for the Trainee Sales Consultant: - Must be a motivated, passionate self-starter with a friendly, enthusiastic personality. - Must have a strong work ethic and passionate about developing a career in sales. - Superb timekeeping and diary management. - Polite, courteous, and enthusiastic approach with the ability to develop excellent customer relations.
