Your new company

- Working on a permanent basis for a high-profile client.
Your new role
- Working Monday - Friday (8am-5pm) on-site based at a High-profile site in Watford.
- Reporting into the Contract Manager and supporting client and contract management.
- Plan subcontractor callouts, organise materials and parts for engineers, coordinate jobs to engineers.
- Participate in Monthly and quarterly client meetings, provide reports, review performances and SLA's.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience within customer service, and dealing with visitors and customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and ideally a CAFM System.
- Ability to manage meeting requests and other regular tasks.
- Ability to liaise effectively with Management as well as clients staff and colleagues.
- 2+ Years experience as a Contract Support / Coordinator or a similar role.
