Position: Residential Home Manager
Location: Hixon

Salary: Up to 50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential home.
  • Leading and inspiring a team of care professionals to deliver compassionate and person-centered care.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and implementing best practices to maintain high-quality care.
  • Managing budgets and resources efficiently to meet the needs of residents while maximizing value.
  • Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to promote a positive community environment.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification isEssential.
  • Proven experience as a Residential Home Manager, preferably with turnaround experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in residential care.
