Position: Residential Home Manager Location: Hixon
Salary: Up to 50,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential home.
- Leading and inspiring a team of care professionals to deliver compassionate and person-centered care.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and implementing best practices to maintain high-quality care.
- Managing budgets and resources efficiently to meet the needs of residents while maximizing value.
- Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to promote a positive community environment.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification isEssential.
- Proven experience as a Residential Home Manager, preferably with turnaround experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in residential care.
- Passion for providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for residents.
