A warm and welcoming school are seeking an organised, efficient, and friendly Receptionist / Administrator to start immediately up until the end of this current academic year, so mid-July.

This role is full time, Monday to Friday, 8:15am start until 4pm, term time only on a temporary basis.

We are looking for someone who is hardworking and reliable that is looking to work in a supportive and happy school.

You will be the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, visitors, parents, and pupils with a professional, helpful and friendly approach to build positive relationships.

You will also be responsible for providing a flexible, productive, and responsive administrative service to the teaching team and management team.
