An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer to join my clients highly regarded team in their Huddersfield, West Yorkshire offices.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years PQE, although we will still consider a more newly qualified candidate, provided they have the range below.

You will also have previous experience of:

• Debt recovery

• Consumer rights

• Breach of contract

• Misrepresentation

• Nuisance

• Possession notices

• Possession enforcements

• Adverse possession claims

• Employment

• Drafting court forms and issuing court proceedings

• Preparing bundles for courts and counsel
