About the Role:
GSL Educationare looking for a QualifiedEnglish specialistto work at Client Secondary Schools in Hull, starting immediately. Join us as an English Specialist, where you'll instruct GCSE students in both English Language and English Literature. English Specialist Role:
- Create and deliver captivating lessons in English Literature and Language for Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Develop a comprehensive, tailored curriculum that caters to diverse student needs, offering support in specific areas as required.
- Foster positive connections with parents, teachers, and students while ensuring elevated student achievements through adept leadership and supervision.
- Continuously improve personal development by enhancing subject knowledge and refining teaching methodologies.
The successful candidate will:
- Have UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and specialise in teaching English Language and Literature to GCSE level.
- Provide references for teaching experience within the last 2 years, including placements for NQTs or ECTs.
- Be a motivating and innovative teacher who can engage students of all levels.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be willing to complete additional training if necessary.
- Minimum 6 months UK Experience
