This bank has modern, 360 views of London and lavish meeting and private dining rooms and spaces situated on the client dining floor offering 100% fresh dishes and small plates from working lunches, sit down lunches, 3 course dinners to intimate events such as BBQ’s and canape functions. Covers will vary day to day and will give you the opportunity to move around the kitchen and develop your skills and develop the team.
This is now vacant due to internal progression we are looking for a passionate, eye for detail sous chef to join their hospitality and fine dining kitchen.

Job Brief for Hospitality Sous Chef You will be working within a kitchen brigade of approx. 8 chefs including the executive chef, managing the hospitality and fine dining kitchen. The food offer can range from canapes, hot and cold buffets, sandwich lunches to high end fine dining, A la carte lunches or dinners. Other duties include menu planning and kitchen managed with the support of the executive chef.

The Ideal Hospitality Sous Chef will have proven experience in a similar environment such as Michelin/rosette restaurant or fine dining kitchen based within a head offices/venue etc.
