The ideal Sous Chef will be given a basic salary of £35,000 - £38,000 Depending on experience.
The Ideal Sous Chef will have fine dining experience & meticulous attention to detail, Japanese experience is a bonus but not essential.
A strong Chef de Partie who is looking for their next step up will also be considered for the Sous Chef position.
