Red Recruitment is recruiting a Branch Relationship Manager in East London to join our client, a specialist insurance provider who has over 40 years of experience helping people secure motor insurance across the UK. The salary for this position is 27,000 per annum and also has a 4,000 bonus.
To be considered for this role you must have a full UK driving license and access to a car.

Key Responsibilities of a Branch Relationship Manager:
- Playing a key role in driving the office's commercial success and supporting the leadership of the dynamic branch teams
- Being responsible for providing information on both product suites and services to B2B and B2C audiences
- Practicing TCF principles by ensuring process adherence within remit, evidenced by audits, error reporting, due diligence checks, process guides and competency assessment
- Reporting on performance in line with business expectations
- Meeting and exceeding team and departmental key performance indicators and budgetary requirements
Key Skills and Experience of a Branch Relationship Manager:
- Commercial Insurance experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and insurance agents
- Proficiency in identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into clients through persuasive selling techniques
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and client data
