The beverage offering is beautifully and originally created, and frequently updated according to season and trends. This sophisticated high profile restaurant located in the heart of Spitafields are now looking for a experimental Bar Manager to lead all beverage operations.

Your Requirements:
As a Bar Manager we would love you to have:
- At least 5 years of Beverage experience with at least 3 years in managerial capacity
- Cocktail creation experience
- Personal License holder
- Experience working in a fast-paced similar environment
- Ability to lead a team of bartenders and cocktail waiters/waitresses
- Customer focused - demonstrating exceptional guest service
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Have a willingness to learn and grow within the business
- Ability to maintain and set processes and standards
- Certifications as required to comply with government regulations and health codes, such as Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness, Alcohol Certification
