NNewstaff is currently recruiting for a Head Chef or Sous chef for our client located in Bury Saint Edmunds, Ipswich, Suffolk IP32.
Immediate start
- £18.00 - per hour sous chef
- £22.00 - £22.00 per hour head chef
- Weekly pay - online payslips
- Full-time, Monday - Friday
Main duties:• Needs to be capable of covering dinner on their own if needed.• participates in and supervises the cooking of food accordance with established recipe cards and methods• ensures all dishes are correctly garnished before being sent to relevant outlets• ensures that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner• ensures work area is kept clean, hygienic and organised• ensure that all equipment/ utensils in the section are correctly handled and maintained• to deal with guest comments and complaints in a constructive and empathetic manner
