• Showcase your Mixologist expertise by creating innovative and delicious cocktails, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our patrons.
• Utilize your one year of prior experience in a Bar Manager role to oversee the daily operations of the bar, maintaining high standards of service, and leading a team of enthusiastic bartenders.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among staff members.
• Develop and implement creative beverage menus, staying ahead of industry trends to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to ensure a well-stocked and efficient bar.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven mixology experience is essential, with a minimum of one year in a Bar Manager position.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
• Flexibility to work a shift rota of 50 hours per week, consisting of five straight 10-hour shifts.

Salary: 34,000.00-36,000.00 per year
