Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join our client's team in the centre of Ipswich.

Key Duties

  • Build strong relationships with customers through engaging and professional communication.

  • Listen to customers' needs and offer tailored solutions.

  • Provide excellent service while upselling and cross-selling relevant financial products.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage accounts effectively.

  • Take part in ongoing training and workshops to develop industry knowledge and skills.



About You

  • Enjoys talking to people and building lasting relationships.

  • Possesses excellent listening and problem-solving skills.

  • May have experience in sales, retail, or hospitality and is now seeking a professional career path.

  • No prior experience in financial services required - full training is provided.

  • Passionate, ambitious, and eager to learn.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.



Salary and Benefits

  • 26,000 - 28,000 per annum, with further pay increases as your knowledge grows.
