We are in search of an exceptional candidate, someone who is organised and looking for more than a repetitive job. We require someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our wonderful Facilities Management team. The role supports reception, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and greeting visitors, contractors, and anyone else who comes through the door.
We are ideally looking for someone with experience in an administration or customer service-based role. However, if you can work in a demanding environment and adapt to situations while keeping a cool head apply now!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls
- Greeting external visitors upon arrival
- Receiving and redistributing parcels and documentation to the correct destination
- Completing all additional tasks required by superiors to the highest standard.
- Keeping accurate records of all visitors upon arrival and departure
- Maintaining a tidy work environment to the highest standard
- Reporting any maintenance issues that occur and ensuring they are resolved satisfactorily.
- Requesting and forwarding purchase orders, quotes, and invoices received through the company’s CRM system.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience (preferable)
- Administration experience (preferable)
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment.
- Strong organisational skills
