Inform Recruitment is working with a not-for-profit organisation, recruiting a Sales Support Coordinator to manage and coordinate the sales process, enabling this department to meet its goals. This is a newly created position to support the Head of Department.

As Sales Support Coordinator you'll be responsible for:

  • Working in line with department targets and conversation rate
  • Driving the Net Promotor Score
  • Managing the sales pipeline
  • Ensuring all opportunities are tracked and followed up on
  • Coordinating sales meetings and conference calls and preparing sales presentations
  • Researching potential providers and competitors to support the development of effective sales strategies
  • Responding to enquiries from providers
  • Maintaining the sales database and ensuring information is up-to-date
  • Maintaining sales reports and dashboards to track performance, as well as identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with other departments regarding sales-related activities
  • Providing administrative support to the compliance team
