Are you an experienced Marketing Manager with a background working for a fashion brand or retailer?  Would you love the opportunity to travel to New York several times a year and be responsible for the go-to-market plan in the US?  If the answer is yes, then read on!

Pitch is delighted to be supporting this awesome brand as they look to hire their first Marketing Manager based in the UK, but who will be responsible for supporting all marketing activity in North America.  The role will support the sales team based in the USA with all marketing activity required to raise brand awareness and all marketing collaboration with the national accounts and independent retailer customers.

Element of the role include:

  • Understand customer needs and competitor market and ensure that marketing activity delivers brand awareness and engagement and increased market share.
  • Collaborate with central marketing teams on global campaigns and ensure they are fit for use within your market.
  • Develop close working relationships with sales team and key retailer customers in US market.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and report on spend and ROI.
  • Remote management of one marketing assistant based in New York.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a robust marketing or brand background within fashion, lingerie, or retail. Strategic focus, but happy to roll your sleeves up and deliver in a fast paced, customer-led business.

Because this role supports the North American market, there may be the need for occasional flexibility with hours, but this won’t be the norm.  You will be expected to travel to New York approx. once a quarter and be able to stay for a week at a time - the frequency may be more initially to build relationships.
