Chef de Partie. Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their award winning country pub & fine dining restaurant in the Kidlingtonn area of Oxfordshire. They are looking for Chef who has experience of working at 2 AA Rosette standard in a quality kitchen though attitude and work ethic is just as important. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high end kitchen and learn under a talented head chef. The working week is 4 days with 3 days off.

The Role
- Working on the all Section's
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
- Managing and ordering your own section
Experience
- You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel, pub or restaurant
- Experience at 1-2AA rosette level ideally with positive attitude
- Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent
- Knowledge of fine dining
