You as our Senior Sous Chef –

• Will have experience running kitchens and will do so in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Will be fully compliant in terms of ‘Food Safety’ and ‘Allergen Awareness’.
• Will be Adaptable, Calm, and Great at Communicating.
• Can inspire Junior staff, Train, and Mentor them, and be a rock for them to lean on.
• Can cook amazing food using the very best seasonal ingredients.
• Have some experience in Banqueting.
