*** 3 Days predominantly home based ***                                                           *** Full Time equivalent salary £24,000 to £26,000***                                                        *** 12 Month FTC initally with the possibility to go permanent ***We currently have an immediate requirement for a part time Customer Support Administrator to work with one of our valued clients in the Knutsford area.  This role is to work 21 hours per week over 3 days Monday, Tuesday and the third day can be flexible to suit the successful candidate.The role will be predominantly set up for working from home, however there will be a requirement to go into the office 1 possibly 2 days per calendar month. (This may be increased during initial training weeks and potential busy periods throughout the year.My client is looking for an organised administrator who has excellent communication skills and can build rapport with customers and internal colleagues.Requirements:You will:
  • Possess excellent organisation skills and a good attention to detail
  • Have solid, well-developed IT skills
  • Have an ability to remain calm under pressure and be a good team player
  • Be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people within and external to the Society
  • Be a dependable, honest and fun work colleague
