What will your role look like?

- Manage the annual operating budget for the body shop
- Schedule and oversee the work of all body shop employees
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters and customers
- Implement marketing strategies to increase business
- Monitor productivity and payroll records
- Provide fair estimates for body work
- Ensure proper repair procedures are followed
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and billing for repair orders
