Data Lead
A growing SaaS business based in Lancaster are currently looking for a Data Lead as they look to make better use of their data in order to further influence future decisions and growth.
The business has recently secured new investment, meaning there is a real opportunity for growth - with data being pivotal to this.
The successful Data Lead will have the autonomy to build and grow the data function from the ground up - utilising their preferred tools and tech and defining a strategy moving forward. Whilst tools will be available from day one, the business are open to changing these where necessary.
The role will initially be focused around reporting and analytics, with a view to further develop and build their back-end infrastructure as the role progresses. This will also bring with it the opportunity to further grow the team around the successful candidate.
The successful Data Lead will have the following experience:
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a Data Analytics-focused position - ideally in a small / start-up environment
- Extensive experience working with T-SQL
- Data visualisation experience - the company currently use Grafana but are open to incorporating the likes of Powe BI and Tableau
- Strong stakeholder management experience and communication skills
The role is offering a salary of up to £60,000 in addition to a range of benefits and the opportunity for remote working - with the need to visit the Lancaster office circa once a week however this is open.
