Taking and processing customers’ orders from the web, phone and email.Liaising with the warehouse to check stock levelsResponding to customer queriesAny other associated adminThis is an extremely busy role so requires someone who is confident in their ability to deal with customer enquiries effectively and who can manage a fast-paced workload.
