Customer Care Coordinator - Lancaster - Permanent - £24k - £26k (DOE)

Forrest Recruitment Ltd are delighted to be working with a successful, renowned company who have multiple sites across the Northwest. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this business who are passionate about staff training, progression and development. Based at their modern, corporate Lancaster office, they are seeking an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join their Customer Care team. This is a busy, varied role and involves communication with customers, Site Managers and Contractors regarding any issues, recording information accurately and arranging for problems to be addressed promptly.

Daily duties will include:

  • Providing effective customer service support to customers across the Northwest
  • Communicating with customers in a professional, timely manner and adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Handling enquires regarding repairs/issues and logging accurately onto the database
  • Issuing work orders to maintenance operatives/subtractors and monitoring the progress of the jobs through to completion
  • Coordinating appointments, labour and part for jobs
  • Building strong relationships with customers, Site Mangers and Contractors
  • Prioritising the urgency of jobs and maintaining proactive contact with customers by diarising callbacks on the system
  • Ensuring compliance with group policies and working with other teams within the business to ensure KPI's are met
  • Completing general administration duties

Working hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30am - 5:00pm (4pm finish on a Friday)

The role involves managing your own set of customers and is very fast paced. The ideal individual will have customer care experience in a busy environment and will have the ability to be able to stay calm when problems arise. Strong communication skills and resilience when handling complaints are essential for this role!
