The ideal Pastry Chef will have the following:
- Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen in Pastry team, ideally at a multi - AA Rosette level
- High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and work prioritisation.
- A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen.
- Reliable means of transport to the Oxshott area is essential.
