Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team at one of our primary schools in Leeds. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the school, its staff and its students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep student records and manage enrollment documentation
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Organize meetings and events
  • Manage basic accounting tasks, including invoice preparation and payment processing
  • Communicate with parents and other stakeholders via phone and email
  • Perform general office tasks, such as filing and photocopying
  • Additional duties as assigned by the school principal or other staff members

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or office setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
