Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at one of our primary schools in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school and its staff, as well as handling a variety of tasks related to student records and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain student records and enrollment documents
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as preparing invoices and processing payments
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails from parents and other stakeholders
  • Handle basic office tasks, such as filing and photocopying
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the school principal or other staff members

Requirements:
