Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for weekly aged debtor reporting and debtor performance reporting as well as AR Cash Forecasting
- Daily cash allocation and exceptions where required
- Working to improve business debtor days by chasing any overdue payments via phone and email
- Maintaining customer relations and working with the sales team to help maintain this
- Managing the credit limits for clients daily for order release, by regularly running credit checks on customers
- Confirming customer direct debits & returns weekly
- Assisting in setting up new accounts and ensuring all files are compliant on the system
- Preparation of the AR month end bad debt provision & balance sheet reports and other ad hoc reports as required.
- Identifying potential debt issues to the credit manager and mitigating the risk to the business
- Monday to Friday - 37.5 hour week flexible working patterns
Profile
Successful candidate:
- Worked in a similar role previously
- Experience of working on SAP
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to run bad debt provisions, reporting and cash forecasting
Job Offer
Salary up to £33,000 per annum DOE + Hybrid working + 26 days of annual leave (banks on top) + pension + work from home + flexible working hours + Annual bonus.
