Job Title: Customer Service Executive- Hybrid Working
Company:A £30 million family-owned printing company located in Leeds, just a 10-minute walk from the city centre.
Role:Customer Service Executive
Location:On-site at The Colour Box, Gelderd Rd, Leeds
Salary:Negotiable, £24,000-£28,000 (DOP)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a vital link between the sales team, customers, and internal staff to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales for our products.
- Administer jobs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process sales orders promptly and accurately.
- Maintain and nurture customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Print, Packing or Manufacturing experience desired
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Tharsten.
- Experience in the packaging industry is desired but not essential.
