Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working in a Contact Centre Environment speaking to customers who need to make a claim on their policy dealing with the process from start to finish.

You will be working closely with customers over the phone, email and webchat ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality

A confident telephone manner

Exceptional customer service skills

The ability to work in a fast paced environment

A good team player
