Graduate Educational Support Assistant

Immediate Start | Full-time & Part-time Positions Available

Salary: 85 - 95 per day

Are you a recent graduate passionate about making a difference in education? Do you have a desire to support students across various key stages in their learning journey? If so, we have exciting opportunities for you to join our primary schools as a Graduate Educational Support Assistant.

About Us: We work with primary schools across Leeds, who are always looking for passionate, dedicated individuals who have a passion to work with young people.

Position Overview: As a Graduate Educational Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students across different key stages. These can be in Early Years, KS1 or KS2. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored assistance to students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to students in various subjects.
  • Assist in the preparation of learning materials and resources.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in accessing the curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student growth and development.
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement effective teaching strategies and interventions.

Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work across different key stages as required.
