IT Support Analyst | Leeds| Paying 32,000 to 35,000
I'm excited topartnerwith a rapidly growing Legal Firm that are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team.
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be part of the Service desk team resolving 2nd line IT issues, provide face to face support, supporting the AV equipment in meeting rooms.
You will need to have the following requirements in order to apply for the role:
- Windows 10
- VMWare Horizon or other VDI technologies
- VPN
- DNS/WAN
- O365
- Hands on management with Teams / Zoom
