Business Applications Manager

Our Heathcare client is on the lookout for an experienced and self-motivated Business Applications Manager to spearhead our internal system strategy. This is a pivotal role for someone with a strong background in CRM, Project Management, Customer Success, Finance, and Sales tools, as well as system architecture design and API integration.

• Implement and manage a new company-wide system strategy.
• Gather requirements from department heads and design & implement solutions.
• Design and implement an overarching data flow strategy.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of business-critical applications.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 to align with business goals.
• Develop and deploy custom plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Conduct data migration and thorough testing of developed solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new features and functionalities.
• Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and improvements.

• Leadership experience with both people and project management.
• Ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 Development.
• Experience with API integrations and tools such as Postman.
• Proficiency in Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio & Dev Ops.
• Proficiency in C#, APIs, and other relevant technologies.
• Skilled in Power BI and Office 365 Applications.
