Senior Designer - In-house

This dynamic business is aiming to be the No 1 provider of their services in the UK. An explosive industry, they are disrupting the market. They are on track already and are growing significantly across several locations. They're riding the wave of innovation and shaking up the traditional landscape.To support this growth, they have an exciting role for an additional Designer to join their Marketing team in Leeds. This role is on-site, not hybrid.Although essentially an in-house role, the creative team operate as an internal agency for the wider group.What you’ll do:Support the Group Brand Manager and manage/mentor a junior designer.• Create innovative design solutions from concept to execution.• Deliver multiple projects and cope with the fast pace, always delivering on time.• Lead on creative projects; from web design visuals, UX, UI, Emails, brand building projects, POS, packaging, OOH, advertising and other printed material.• Drive, explore and embrace opportunities to keep seeking new creative ideas.What we’re looking for:• You’ll have an impressive portfolio including a broad range of print, brand to digital campaigns.• You’ll be a senior level, or an experienced mid-weight ready to move up.• You'll come from an agency or in-house studio in a similar role.• An inquisitive and curious personality who can challenge a brief.• Confident in presenting to stakeholders and the wider team.• You’ll thrive in an ambitious business and embrace being part of a forward-thinking company.• An understanding of motion design and photography is a bonus.• Understanding of Creative Cloud and Figma.The company offer a competitive salary, company pension, company events and free on-site parking.
