Zealous Agency are looking to speak with Senior Packaging Designers with a solid Packaging and POS background across an exciting global client base.As a Senior Packaging Designer your role will be pivotal within the creative team, showcasing your flair, creativity, confidence, and exceptional communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of visually impactful and disruptive design solutions across an outstanding client portfolio on POS, What you'll be doing…Lead and inspire colleagues, providing mentorship and guidanceTake ownership of project design processes, ensuring creativity aligns with client objectivesDrive creative ideation, generating original, impactful packaging designsStay updated on industry trends, ensuring designs are cutting-edgeDemonstrate genuine passion for design, pushing creative boundariesUnderstand the impact of design on consumer perception and behaviourManage project timelines, meeting deadlines without compromising qualityWhat you need…Confidently articulate design concepts in client presentationsPrevious agency experience is a must with the ability to handle multiple projectsStrong typography and typesetting experienceGlobal client experience and with a good grasp of cultural and market differencesClearly communicate of design rationales and alignment with client goalsTranslate client brand vision and requirements into compelling design conceptsEnsure quality assurance throughout the design processMaintain approved design and communication principlesContribute to range reviews and maintain brand consistencyWhat you'll get...25 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off!
