Zealous Agency are looking to speak with Senior Packaging Designers with a solid Packaging and POS background across an exciting global client base.

As a Senior Packaging Designer your role will be pivotal within the creative team, showcasing your flair, creativity, confidence, and exceptional communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of visually impactful and disruptive design solutions across an outstanding client portfolio on POS,

What you'll be doing…

Lead and inspire colleagues, providing mentorship and guidance
Take ownership of project design processes, ensuring creativity aligns with client objectives
Drive creative ideation, generating original, impactful packaging designs
Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring designs are cutting-edge
Demonstrate genuine passion for design, pushing creative boundaries
Understand the impact of design on consumer perception and behaviour
Manage project timelines, meeting deadlines without compromising quality

What you need…

Confidently articulate design concepts in client presentations
Previous agency experience is a must with the ability to handle multiple projects
Strong typography and typesetting experience
Global client experience and with a good grasp of cultural and market differences
Clearly communicate of design rationales and alignment with client goals
Translate client brand vision and requirements into compelling design concepts
Ensure quality assurance throughout the design process
Maintain approved design and communication principles
Contribute to range reviews and maintain brand consistency
