Skills and experience:
The ideal person should:
- Be highlyorganised.

- Be able to provide excellent customer service to Contractors/Clients/Internal Stakeholders.
- Have worked with multiple systems across the business.
- Ideally have 2 years’ experience of working withinCompliance/Contractor Payroll within the recruitment Industry (not essential).
- Have a positive 'can-do’ attitude
- Enjoy technology and using new systems
The role:
The day-to-day duties of the role will include:
- Contractors - Onboarding candidates and ensuring all their documents/checksremain valid for the duration of their working time with the company. This would include, Right to work checks, DBSchecks, References, Limited Company documents (if working via a Limited Company).
- Contractors Pay-Ensuring everything possible is done to ensure payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Timesheet System-Processing payments for Contractors as well as generating client and supplier invoices ready for the Finance team to import into the finance system.
- Clients - Liaising with clients to ascertain the exact details and requirements of their safeguarding packs and regulations.
- Umbrella Companies - Assisting the contractors in setting up with the umbrella companies and maintaining regular contact with both parties.
- Consultants - Creating and maintaining a strong working relationship with all Consultants. This will regularly include checking they are following compliance procedures for each specific client and contractor,also making sure they work to specific deadlines to ensure all compliance actions are complete before the contractor can start their new role.
- Client Portals- Working on various client online portals for the purposes of onboarding a Contractor and downloading timesheets to import into the company timesheet system.
- Audits-Carrying out audits on Contractors at the request of Clients/Internal management.
- General Administrative Duties-Other important general administrative duties such as sending out the contracts via email to the Contractors and Clients.
