**The Role:**

As a Healthcare 360 Recruitment Consultant at Frank and Partners, you will play a pivotal role in our team, utilising a comprehensive approach to recruit healthcare professionals. This role demands a dynamic individual capable of managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to placing them in their ideal roles and providing ongoing support.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand staffing needs and requirements.

- Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals, ensuring their qualifications, experience, and career aspirations align with client needs.

- Manage the full recruitment process, including candidate communication, interviews, offers, and placements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, providing exceptional service and support.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to inform recruitment strategies and practices.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards within the healthcare and recruitment sectors.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients at all levels.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- A proactive and results-driven approach, with a commitment to achieving targets and objectives.

- Knowledge of the healthcare sector and its regulatory environment is highly desirable.

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
