Description
As an NPD Manager based in Leads you will be:
- Leading and managing new product development projects from concept to launch.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Support and lead on projects at multiple stages, from collection of consumer insights, business case development, and provision of technical project management through to market launch
- Identifying and evaluating new product opportunities in line with market trends
- Ensuring compliance with industry and company standards throughout the product development process.
- Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines and budgets.
- Presenting regular project updates to senior management.
Profile
A successful NPD Manager should have:
- A degree in Life Sciences or related field (Materials Science / Engineering ideal)
- Proven experience in product development within the FMCG, Healthcare or medical industry
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and analytical tools.
- A strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
