Office Administrator
Monday to Friday - 8:45 - 5:00pm
Salary 25,000
Based in Leicester city centre/London Road
THE ROLE
Working in a small, friendly and busy office duties vary widely day to day and require an experienced Administrator with excellent customer service skills to undertake a number of duties including but not limited to:
- Handling Customer enquiries over the phone and via email
- Data input and keeping documents up to date
- Processing quotes
- Scheduling appointments and diary management of management
- Filing; manual and electronic
- Handling, checking and processing invoices
- Financial administration
- Account management and providing excellent customer service
- Scanning, printing of documents and general office administration
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Due to varying nature of this role and busy working environment this client are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic and motivated candidates who have a can-do attitude who work will work well in a small friendly team.
The ideal candidate will need recent relevant experience in an office administration role. You will need to be IT literate with all MS office programmes including Excel and Outlook and also have prior experience in scheduling appointments and diary management. Prior experience in financial administration including invoices, POs and order processing is also desired.
