HR Manager - Extraordinaire for Processes!

Are you ready to revolutionise the HR landscape?

We're on the hunt for a HR Manager who can support a HR function to ensure it is fit for purpose, with a laser focus on refining HR processes and ensuring peak performance within a Midlands-based manufacturing organisation - a good one at that!

They are looking for someone who can navigate the complexities of a diverse workforce while ensuring the focus is both on the employees and business objectives.

In this role, you will be the engineer of our HR processes, meticulously ensuring compliance, fine tuning operations, and providing necessary support to our HR Business Partners. From leading strategic initiatives to crafting policies and generating actionable insights, you'll be at the forefront of our HR evolution.

The responsibilities will range, but will include:

- Steering a range of HR functions, from payroll intricacies to policy compliance.

- Maintaining the efficacy of our processes and policies.

- Harnessing a variety of tools and technologies to extract meaningful data and drive informed decisions.

- Collaborating seamlessly with internal HR stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals.

- Overseeing the administration of rewards, compensation, and benefits, ensuring they remain competitive and compelling.

To thrive in this role, you must bring a wealth of experience from Senior HR roles, coupled with a knack for innovation and problem-solving. A deep understanding of HR best practices and payroll coupled with a proactive approach to relationship-building, is essential. We need someone who thrives on challenge and is eager to make their mark in an organisation.

This role offers a competitive salary, alongside flexible benefits. Embracing a hybrid work model, you will be expected to be on-site three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder.
