Financial Accountant

Your new companyHays Senior Finance are working with a growing Lincolnshire organisation to recruit a Financial Accountant to join the team.

Your new roleThis varied role will see you responsible for; statutory accounts, consolidations, half/full year, year-end, tax, intercompany, FX hedges, journals, financial accounting as well as project analysis, project costs against budget, financial analysis and reporting.

What you'll need to succeedYou will be a part or qualified ACA or ACCA, or have proven recent financial accounting experience. You could be working in, or have come from, a firm of Accountants, or gained your experience in commerce or a not-for-profit setting. You will have wide-ranging experience including statutory accounts, year-end, audit, taxation and, ideally, consolidations and intercompany accounting. You will have excellent IT and Excel skills as well as strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels. You will be living within commutable distance of Lincoln as the role requires an office presence 1-2 days a week, and you will need your own transport due to the rural location.
