My client based in Liskeard, is seeking a COMMIS CHEF.
These chefs are novice chefs who work to support a chef de partie in a commercial kitchen.
They perform cooking, cleaning, delivery, and other support duties as instructed by the chef de partie.
Commis chefs help ensure that a kitchen's operations run smoothly.
This is to cover chef shortages at site.
Working with a dynamic team.
Full training on dish specifications will be given.
Previous experience in a kitchen role preferred.
Must have --
Certification- Food Safety Certificate Level 1
- Food Safety Certificate Level 2
- Food allergens certificate
