Head of Sales - Property and Investment Assets聽A market leading Real Estate and聽Financial Investment business is seeking an inspirational Head of Sales to support exponential growth.聽We are hoping to speak to people with an outstanding track record in Real Estate Sales, ideally investment properties whether commercial, leisure and/or residential.聽On offer is a competitive salary up to 拢100,000 depending upon experience + a KPI related Bonus Scheme and additional benefits. The role is based in Merseyside, with occaisional travel, relocation package also available for the right candidate.聽We are looking for an all-rounder who can manage multiple teams and business functions, in a compliant and FCA regulated business with a huge focus on ESR and ethical sales. Liaising with the impressive inhouse Marketing team to create impactful campaigns through optimum/multiple channels to existing and new investment clients. Working with the Property Development team to maximise pricing/value of Assets. Establishing partnerships with external businesses to engage in property sales and build on existing and create new distribution channels.
