Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills CoachLocation: North West- Hybrid WorkingPertemps is delighted to be working with a ‘Good’ rated training provider who has recently been awarded as a Sector Specialist Training Provider of the Year.Due to the continual growth, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach in Leadership and Management, Team Leader, and RecruitmentKey Benefits:• Competitive Salary up to £30,000 (DOE)• Full-time position: Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 8:30 am to 2:30 pm• Generous holiday package plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure, and a birthday holiday• Company fitness program: Exercise 3 times a week for a year and earn an extra 5 days holiday!• Abundance of training opportunities with clear progression routesKey Responsibilities:• Deliver engaging learning programs tailored to learners' needs in areas like Operational Departmental Management, Recruitment, and Team Leader/Supervisor.• Utilize a variety of resources and techniques to support learners in achieving their Apprenticeship Qualification.• Provide constructive feedback to maximize learner potential and ensure work meets qualification standards.• Monitor, evaluate, and enhance the quality and effectiveness of teaching practices to meet deadlines and targets.• Maintain accurate documentation of learner progress.Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:• Assessor’s Award (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)• Vocational experience in the Apprenticeship Sector, particularly in Management and Recruitment• Teaching Qualification preferred but not essential (PTLLS, AET, PGCE or equivalent).• Experience delivering training and coaching sessions to apprenticeship learners in Leadership and Management and Recruitment.• Ideally hold a qualification in Leadership and Management at level 3 or above.This opportunity is managed by Pertemps Work Based Learning and Skills.
