Fantastic opportunity to run this Excellent food led pub. This venue is seeking a General Manager to run all aspects of this busy, upmarket Gastro Pub in the outskirts of Liverpool. This is a busy site for Food and has a good local drinks trade also. Customers expect the highest quality and community feel. 

Successful applicants must:

  • Manage all aspects of operation of the business to achieve requirements with respect to sales, budgets and operating expenses.
  • Have passion for the industry and hands on approach
  • Previous GM experience in the similar high quality restaurant, bar or pub
  • Have similar prior experience of working in a high-quality, food-led environment.
  • Have a keen eye for detail, always ensuring the delivery of standards at the highest level.
  • A strong, but calm, personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to manage, motivate and develop a team.
  • Help lead the team, in the day to day running of the business.
  • Great knowledge of stock controls and GP
  • Personal Licence Holder
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness within the both the front, and back of house areas to maintain the business’ level 5 hygiene rating.
  • Be aware of current trends and together with our Executive chef to develop new techniques and menu items to increase sales, reduce costs and improve the productivity, knowledge, and skills of staff.
  • Actively engage in management and planning meetings.
