Position: Solicitor - Private ClientLocation: LiverpoolSalary: £40,000 - £50,000I am seeking applications from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in Private Client matters, including Wills, LPAs, Probate, and Court of Protection. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about developing their own caseload and contributing to the team's growth through marketing and business development. The role offers a diverse range of high-quality work, autonomy in managing your caseload, and the support of an experienced team. Occasional travel to other offices may be required.I am particularly interested in candidates with management aspirations, as this role is intended to progress into a Trainee Team Leader position after a 6-month probation period. This includes 12 months of training, working closely with the Director responsible for the team on strategy, team plans, and performance reviews for other team members.The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Private Client matters. The candidate must possess a driving license and own a car. Someone who is keen to develop their own caseload and contribute to the team's growth through marketing and business development.
